IDP Camp

Because of the Baptist Union of Uganda and the Baptist Mission of Uganda (IMB - World Hunger) and the giving of Southern Baptists, we carried $300,000 worth of food and goods to more than 10,000 displaced persons in northern Uganda on 19 lorries.

Through relief ministries across the years more than 7,000 have been saved.

Many of these people have been in this camp for over 20 years. We saw camp after camp all across the north. There is little or no education for the children... little or no medical services.
