Sunday in Kampala
After a night without eletricity, the batteries fail after about 4 hours, we were ready for a very long day. Off to Celebration Point, where our house churches come together for Sunday worship and Danny preached.
Without lunch, Danny and Kevin went to meet a young Muslim man interested in knowing more about Christ. Kevin had spent serveral hours before with him and his brother. Today, after Kevin had shared he became a follower of Jesus Christ. Praise the Lord!
Then to a special called meeting by our SF that lasted for about 2+ hours, BUT the electrcity is back on the this night. It has been a great full day!

Miss Claudia you gave me a good laugh reading about your language class. We went to moms right after I read it and I pulled it up on Jasons computer so they could enjoy. Of course they could use a good laugh, do you know that Jason, Sherrie and the Kids live at grannys and have since Nov. they are building a house. But it is taken longer than expected(of course). Someone remarked at church that they had seen mom alone a lot, was ever thing ok. I said if she was alone she was probably excited. So glad you rec. the camera. I knew Paul was trying to get it to you. Ron and I had talked about how we would like to come to see you while you are in Africa, and then we saw in the bulletin that a group was going, got real excited, then saw the date. Jens baby is due June 21st, Ron went home and told her we would be in Africa when the baby was born, so she could email us. That went over real big. So I guess we will miss this trip. I see Jason got a new job and seems to be thrilled. I guess Timothy is doing ok. I sure do miss yall and the boys.It is such joy to be able to see where you are and what you do in the pictures. will talk later Love you Pest

Welcome to the blogging world! :) I am glad to have your correct address now and I can keep up with what's going on in Kampala. I know isn't the power situation so frustrating! I have a generator now (mostly for my fridge) but petrol is so expensive I can't hardly afford to run it! Sorry to hear about the situation with Danny's camera...that is so frustrating! But unfortunately I am not suprised. You guys take care and keep pressing on with language! :)
